The Hope on Main Project is actively seeking qualified subcontractors, suppliers, Section 3 business concerns, and workforce participants for ongoing and upcoming opportunities associated with Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments located at: 954 Main Street in Buffalo, NY.
Section 3 Certified Businesses, Minority Owned Businesses (MBE), Women Owned Businesses (WBE), SDVOB firms, and local small businesses are strongly encouraged to participate.
About Section 3: Section 3 is a federal program that helps provide job opportunities for low-income residents and local workers in connection with federally funded construction and development projects.
